I love seeing kids wearing my designs and so for those who wish to knit for sale, I do offer Cottage Licenses. The licenses are easy to apply for and is offered for a small one-time fees in addition to your purchasing of the pattern.
By purchasing a license for my patterns, you are entitled to sell as many items crafted from the pattern as you wish, with no additional fees. The license is yours forever.
In purchasing the license, you are also agreeing to the following terms:
- You must reference the patterns as designed by Julia Stanfield and refer to them by the names given to them. You are not refer to the pattern as ‘your own’
- You may not sell kits of yarn that include the pattern, except with my written permission.
- You may not transfer the license to anyone else.
- You may not sell the pattern nor distribute it amongst friends.
When applying via email, I do need to know:
Which license you are interested in:
Your full name
E mail address
Ravelry name (if you are a member)
Where you are selling your finished products (in particular, whereabouts online)
Costs:
The lifetime license for The Little Rascals is $65USD. At the moment I am also gifting TLR license holders my Teacher's Pet license.
The lifetime license for Teacher's Pet is $40USD.
